This equipment mainly performs flat surfacing welding on special metal (wear-resistant) plates. The program shown in the figure is programmed into the control system, and the control system automatically completes all welding. Press the welding button to start welding, and the system simultaneously turns on the water pump switch under the workbench to start spraying water to cool the workpiece. After the arc is successfully started, the sensor transmits the arc starting signal to the CNC system, and the CNC system gives an instruction to the transverse motor. The motor moves forward at a constant speed, and the deflector drives the welding gun to deflect, automatically completing the entire surfacing process.

Performance characteristics:

A flat workbench can be placed in a large surfacing operation room to achieve flat surfacing welding; it can also be configured and combined by placing a positioner, a flat turntable, etc. on the platform, using the unique function of the welding gun that can be accurately positioned in a large range and configuring a variety of types of welding guns, and can be surfacing. Circular ring surface, cylindrical surface, conical surface, inner circular surface and any shape of weld on the plane.

The control system, which consists of top-level hardware configuration and fully functional programming software composed of PC numerical control motion system and fully digital PLC process control system, adapts to the requirements of various processes, provides a complete hardware and software system for experimental research, and makes the plate surface smoother and more beautiful.

The welding gun is numerically controlled in three dimensions in space, with a positioning accuracy of up to 0.1mm; the arc voltage is automatically stabilized within the range of 0.5V; the arc current can be controlled within ±1A; the process parameters such as workpiece rotation and swing can be set and controlled with high precision, providing conditions for obtaining high-quality cladding layers. The overlap between welds is smooth and there is no bump phenomenon.

Due to the use of advanced PC motion control system and fully digital process control system, as well as complete programming software, it has a variety of control functions, such as: intelligent automatic setting function of process parameters; process parameter storage function; electronic pitch setting function when cladding roller surface.

Automatically cladding wear-resistant welds of any shape on large workpieces. For large-diameter pipes, in order to directly perform cladding on the inner wall of the pipe, the welding gun is stationary for the convenience of welding. The cladding is performed by rotating the workpiece and gradually advancing it in the CNC system, which is very convenient to operate. In order to weld the pipe, the software system is equipped with the function of automatically determining the center of the circle.

Due to the use of a high-definition wide touch screen human-machine operation interface, carefully designed windows and human-machine dialogue, the setting of process parameters and programs is very simple. One person can control multiple machines, and the process status during the cladding process can be clearly seen through the window screen. For the CNC motion system, the welding gun walking trajectory is set by drawing on the computer display screen using CAD, and the moving trajectory is displayed during the welding process, making it more convenient and simple for operators to operate.
