Eccentric Pipe Segment Pairs

Pipeline welding machines are used for pipe surface girth welding or short-distance longitudinal welding. According to the process requirements, different welding power sources such as gas shielded welding, argon arc welding, and submerged arc welding can be configured. It can also be equipped with multiple welding guns to start and break the arc synchronously to achieve one-time forming of multiple welds. It is mostly used in short pipe section assembly, pipe flange assembly, small diameter pressure vessel head assembly and welding, large aspect ratio small diameter pipe assembly and surfacing and other application scenarios; its structural form is diversified and has high special characteristics. It is mostly composed of several or more of precision manipulators, linear modules/slides, power heads, chucks, rollers, positioners, roller racks, rotary platforms, integral bases, etc., and is generally combined into different sets of devices according to different usage scenarios to better adapt to the welding needs of workpieces.

Pipeline welding machines have a high degree of semi-automation, which can reduce the loading and unloading time of workpieces, improve the standardization of production processes, reduce the work intensity of workers, weaken the requirements for welding skills, improve welding quality, and facilitate product quality control. The application scenarios are very wide.
