Electric flat car is a kind of electric transport vehicle on the track in the factory. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient use, large carrying capacity, no fear of dirt or smashing, easy maintenance and long service life. Electric flat car manufacturing is in accordance with the JB/T6172-2010 industry standard. The frame structure material is Q235-B. The flat car steel frame adopts high-quality steel, reasonable structural design and strong bearing capacity. On the basis of ensuring the bearing strength, the dead weight of the structure is reduced as much as possible. The flat car is equipped with a lifting hook.

The steel structure of the frame is based on the principle of the crane. The design structure of the box beam is adopted. The two box beams are welded into I-beams and I-beams and other steel L-shaped connections with steel plates. The box-type structure is designed according to the box beam principle of the crane and the standards of the flatbed truck. It is easy to maintain, easy to disassemble and assemble, has a strong load-bearing capacity, a long service life, and small deformation of the table top. It can effectively ensure the flatness of the table top steel plate and ensure that the safety factor of the load is not less than 120%.
