Gantry Welding Platform

This equipment is a special equipment for automatic welding of the outer longitudinal girth seam of the pressure vessel welding cylinder. The main components are columns, walking mechanisms, lifting mechanisms, lifting platforms and control systems. The outer longitudinal girth seam can be welded by walking on the column cantilever work platform frame, roller frame, and automatic submerged arc welding. The walking is stable and the vibration is small. At the same time, the welder and welder can be integrated. It is an ideal automatic equipment for welding the outer longitudinal girth seam of the pressure vessel tower.

The equipment adopts a double-column structure, a box-type frame double-column structure welded by high-quality profiles, and then machined. It is guided by the guide wheel for walking, accurate guidance, compact structure and good bearing effect. It is the main supporting mechanism of the equipment. The equipment is supported by the guide rails below, and the side is guided by the rollers on the channel steel on the wall, which saves space and moves smoothly and reliably.

The working platform is also welded with steel plates and steel sections, which is firm and reliable; the workbench and the surroundings are equipped with safety guardrails to ensure the safety of operators and maintenance personnel.

The walking mechanism is the power mechanism for the operator to walk. The walking trolley is a box beam structure. The transmission principle is: motor-worm gear reducer-walking wheel-operating platform.
