The flame/plasma cutting machine is welded and formed by rectangular tubes and stress is removed. The dual-axis standard linear guide and rack assembly surface are reinforced with cold-drawn steel strips, which are connected and fastened with screws to ensure no thermal deformation during processing. It can realize the blanking of various metal materials according to any pattern. The cutting surface after cutting generally does not require surface processing. It has the advantages of high degree of automation, easy use, good precision, and strong reliability. It is widely used in the blanking and cutting of metal plates in various mechanical manufacturing industries.

The crossbeam adopts a wide-body box-type welding structure with good overall rigidity and high strength. Each guide surface is precision machined to ensure the correct positioning of each moving body. The two end frames adopt a three-point positioning treatment with a stable center of gravity, ensuring a good dynamic balance.

All welded parts are heat treated to remove stress, effectively preventing structural deformation.

The CNC cutting machine model produced by our company is a gantry structure, in which the most important components are the crossbeam and the end frame. The crossbeam is inlaid with a transverse track and a precision rack. In the actual cutting process, the cutting pulley will use the crossbeam as the basic platform. Therefore, the rigidity of the beam must be guaranteed from the performance point of view, and deformation must not occur. However, the beam body is an integral box-type welded structure. During the welding process during manufacturing, many stresses will inevitably be generated in the various side members of the beam. These stresses will be gradually and slowly released during the operation of the equipment in the future, and its structure will cause the beam to deform. If the beam is deformed, the basic guarantee of cutting accuracy will no longer exist. Its error will be unable to be compensated, and in the worst case, it may cause the entire machine structure to be scrapped, so it is necessary to use the most thorough way to perform overall annealing to eliminate stress, so that the process stress of the beam and end frame can be close to zero. Its good rigidity can ensure that the equipment will not deform permanently. Our company strictly implements this process for any CNC cutting machine manufactured, and all welded parts are heat treated to remove stress, which effectively prevents structural deformation.
