The workpiece is dragged by an electric walking roller frame, and the welding operator is fixed; the walking speed of the roller frame adopts servo stepless speed regulation, which can meet the needs of welding speed adjustment and fast return.

For the power tower with a certain taper, the adjustable roller frame uses a screw to adjust the distance between the roller seats, and adjusts the spacing between the roller seats according to the needs of internal and external longitudinal seam welding, so that the longitudinal seam of the workpiece is in a basically horizontal position.

The internal longitudinal seam welding is equipped with a video monitoring system, so that people can monitor in real time through the video monitor during operation. Equipped with a knife wheel type double tracker independently developed by our company, no manual intervention is required during the welding process.

The walking wheel of the roller frame adopts a double track wheel form, which walks smoothly and does not move. The start or stop of the walking welding of the roller frame is linked with the power supply, the operator and the oscillator to realize the program control.
