Welding Manipulator Series

1) The welding manipulator is equipped with a welding roller frame, welding positioner, welding power supply, hanging head, etc. to form an automatic welding center.

2) It mainly replaces manual welding and is often used for welding of workpiece circumferential seams and longitudinal seams.

Main Features of Heavy Welding Manipulator

The column and beam adopt the integral box structure, and the lining plate is added to the outer periphery of the base under the column to fully ensure the deflection of the column when it is raised to the highest effective stroke and the cross arm is extended to the maximum effective stroke, and the rigidity is guaranteed.

The track adopts rectangular guide rail, which is annealed and stress-relieved after welding, and then processed and ground by a special large gantry planer before installation, so as to improve the stability of the whole manipulator.

It is widely used in the automatic welding of large cylinders and frame components. The maximum load at the front end of the cross arm can reach 300kg. The manipulator can be equipped with single-wire submerged arc welding, double-wire submerged arc welding, gas shielded welding, argon arc welding, plasma welding, narrow gap welding, etc. according to user needs.
