Main Features

BWJ series positioner is a practical welding auxiliary positioner, which is mainly used in steel structure welding, mechanical parts assembly and other working occasions. It puts the workpiece in the best welding or assembly position through the rotation of the workbench, and can be matched with the welding operation machine to form an automatic welding machine.

The welding positioner is composed of a frame base, a flip mechanism, a rotation mechanism and a workbench (which can be equipped with/installed with workpiece tooling). After clamping the workpiece, the workpiece is adjusted to a suitable welding position for welding by adjusting the movement direction and angle of the two moving axes such as rotation and flipping. According to the combination of rotation and flipping angles, the welding of the workpiece rotation axis can be realized around the entire circumference and the position of the component with different inclination angles (0~90°, up to 120°), which can be conveniently riveted, welded, assembled and manufactured for various suitable products.

The positioner frame is welded by section steel and steel plate. The box-shaped welded parts are annealed after welding, and the welding stress is removed before processing. Reinforcement plates are welded at the corresponding positions according to the force conditions.

The shaft is made of 40Cr or 40CrMo medium carbon alloy steel. The roughcast is subjected to quenching and tempering treatment after rough turning, and then fine machining. The quenching and tempering hardness is HB241-286.

The workbench table is a circular structure with equally spaced concentric circles on it, and radial T-slots (special for T-bolts) evenly distributed along the circumference are processed on the table, which is convenient for workpiece centering and installation of various positioning, clamping and other tooling.
