It puts the workpiece in the best welding or assembly position through the lifting, rotation and flipping of the worktable, and can be matched with the welding operator to form an automatic welding machine. It is widely used in the manufacturing industry of various steel structures such as flanges and pipe joints. It can also be used as peripheral equipment to match robots to achieve automatic welding. It is one of the commonly used equipment for modern pipelines, containers and steel structure production enterprises.
BWJ series positioner is a practical welding auxiliary positioner, which is mainly used in steel structure welding, mechanical parts assembly and other workstations. It puts the workpiece in the best welding or assembly position through the rotation of the worktable, and can be matched with the welding operator to form an automatic welding machine.
The welding positioner is composed of a frame base, a flip mechanism, a rotary mechanism and a workbench (workpiece fixtures can be added/installed). After clamping the workpiece, the workpiece is adjusted to a suitable welding position for welding by adjusting the movement direction and angle of the two moving axes such as rotation and flipping. According to the combination of rotation and flipping angles, the welding of the full circumference of the workpiece rotation axis and the position of different inclination angles of the components (0~90°, up to 120°) can be achieved, and various suitable products can be conveniently riveted, welded and assembled.
The positioner frame is welded by steel and steel plates. The box-shaped welded parts are annealed after welding, and the welding stress is removed before processing. Reinforcement plates are welded at the corresponding positions according to the stress conditions.
The shaft is made of 40Cr or 40CrMo medium carbon steel alloy steel. The blank is quenched and tempered after rough turning, and then fine-machined. The quenched and tempered hardness is HB241-286.
The workbench surface is a circular structure with equally spaced concentric circles on it, and radial T-slots (specially for T-bolts) evenly distributed along the circumference are processed on the table surface, which is convenient for workpiece centering and installation of various positioning, clamping and other tooling.
