KT type adjustable welding roller frame is a displacement machine that uses the friction between the active roller and the weldment to drive the weldment to rotate. The roller group can be moved and the roller center distance can be adjusted according to the different diameters of the workpiece. It is mainly used for the assembly and welding of cylindrical workpieces such as pipes, containers, boilers, and oil tanks.
The base of the wheel frame adopts a steel plate welding mechanism, which is firm and reliable. It is the supporting mechanism of the entire equipment. The base can be designed into a fixed or walking structure according to the needs of the user.
The roller position can be adjusted in stages by bolt positioning on the frame, or by manually adjusting the center distance of the roller through the screw.
In general, the roller frame is not equipped with a workpiece anti-slip device (or an electric screw to adjust the center distance). If the user has special needs, our company can design and manufacture an anti-slip device (or an electric screw to adjust the center distance) specifically for the user.
It is a combined roller frame, and its active roller frame and driven roller frame are independent. They can be combined arbitrarily according to the weight and length of the workpiece. The combination ratio is a combination of one master and one slave, or a combination of two slaves or three slaves. It is convenient and flexible to use and has strong adaptability to weldments.
